Mortgage Retentions Advisor – Hybrid Role

Spider is advertising on behalf of a regional building society with branches in the East of England. The Customer Service Advisor – Mortgages role is based in Saffron Walden, Essex, full-time, 9am-5pm, with hybrid working to be agreed after training.

You will support existing mortgage members with retention options, handling enquiries by phone and email, producing mortgage illustrations, issuing offers and keeping cases progressing while delivering excellent customer service.
