Clinical Training Lead & Resuscitation Specialist

KIMS Hospital in Maidstone seeks an experienced clinical professional to lead coordination of clinical training across the hospital network, including the resuscitation programme, and to support development of competencies for all clinical staff.

This permanent, full-time role will work with the senior clinical management team to design and deliver patient safety initiatives, promote open culture, and drive evidence-based practice to improve patient care.
