Midway Care Group is hiring a Support Worker in Birmingham for night shifts. You will support adults with learning disabilities, helping with daily living activities and personal care where needed, and you will work within a compassionate, person-centered team.
This role is female-only as required by the service and involves weekend availability. We offer above NLW pay, funded training, and access to BUPA 24/7 support for you and your family, plus travel expense coverage for induction.
