In this role you will join a well-regarded Essex practice to handle a broad range of commercial property matters. You will work within the commercial property team to support landlords and tenants, development schemes, and property finance, contributing to a busy, collaborative environment. You’ll focus on delivering precise, technically sound advice that sustains the firm’s local reputation. This role offers a clear path to deepen expertise while contributing to meaningful property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle landlord and tenant matters

Key requirements

• 3+ PQE in handling a broad range of commercial property matters
• Experience in landlord and tenant, property finance, and sales/acquisitions
