Information Governance Case Services Officer (Hybrid)

Canterbury City Council is seeking a Corporate Case Services Officer (Information Governance) to manage information rights, records and corporate complaints handling. You will handle requests under FOI, EIR and data protection laws, ensuring responses are accurate and timely.

You’ll work across services in a busy, hybrid role, maintaining case databases, applying redactions when needed, and supporting investigations and reporting.
