Construction Office Manager — Exeter | Growth Path

Build Recruitment Limited in Exeter is seeking a Construction Office Manager to join a busy contractor serving the commercial, refurb, and fit-out sector. The role is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours) with a salary of £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience.

There is strong progression potential up to director as the business grows. You will open and close the office, oversee welfare and health & safety, and assist the QS, project managers and directors with admin tasks.
