Rubber Manufacturing Process Operator – Precision & Quality

Sammons is seeking a Process Operator to join their team in Bordon, Hampshire. You will operate presses, finishing, inspection and packing equipment, follow detailed manufacturing instructions and maintain high quality standards.

Rubber manufacturing experience is advantageous. You should have previous manufacturing experience, be able to read instructions and drawings, have good literacy and numeracy, strong attention to detail, and be a proactive team player with reliable timekeeping.
