North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking an Engineer (Operations Supervisor) to support frontline highway operations, coordinating teams and delivering maintenance and winter service activities to keep the network safe and resilient.
You will supervise operational teams, manage contractors, and ensure safety, performance and compliance across site and office duties, including during adverse weather and emergencies. A Street Works qualification is desirable.
