Are you a hands-on property professional who thrives on delivering great resident experiences? We’re recruiting a Building Manager to run the day-to-day operation of a Build to Rent community in Leeds – reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for residents, contractors and leasing partners, and the driving force behind the building’s success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as first point of contact for resident enquiries, building strong relationships and driving satisfaction/retention
• Running resident events and managing communications
• Partnering with leasing agents on occupancy, pricing and tenancy progression (move-ins, renewals, move-outs)
• Coordinating maintenance and managing contractors through to completion
• Monitoring compliance, health & safety and inspection standards

What We’re Looking For

• Property management or BTR experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence managing contractors and maintenance
• Proactive, approachable and commercially minded

What’s On Offer

• £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, DOE
