Mobile Housing & Wellbeing Support Officer

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to assist older people in our communities. The role is mobile, covering sheltered sites in the County Borough and potentially other supported living sites as needed.

An enhanced DBS is required, with induction and training provided to support you in your role. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, self-motivated and capable of working both in teams and independently to deliver a person-centred service, maximise wellbeing
