Nurse-Led Complex Care Assistant – Leicester (Night Shifts)

Komplex Group in Leicester is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join a nurse-led team delivering specialist, complex care at home. You will provide hands-on support to a child, following detailed clinical care plans and coordinating with nursing oversight to keep them safe and comfortable.

The role involves 10pm–8am shifts on waking nights, with 12-hour days. Training is provided, with strong emphasis on safety, record-keeping and team collaboration.
