Flexible Bank Care Worker – Complex Care

We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a flexible Bank Support Worker to join our complex care services in Winsford. You will provide person-centred care, support everyday activities, and help residents live as independently as possible.

The role offers ad hoc shifts, days or nights, with the option to choose when you work and access to 80% of pay earned immediately through FlexEarn. Relevant care experience preferred and a caring, compassionate approach essential.
