Trainee Estate Agent – Fast Track to Sales Negotiator

Bridgfords in Yarm is seeking a driven Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team and work toward becoming a Sales Negotiator. You will learn the estate agency model through our industry-leading development and training program.

As a Trainee, you will generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales to exchange and completion, while supporting the branch Mortgage Advisor with appointments.
