Job Description:
University of Salford is seeking a CRM Configurator to support the ongoing development of the CRM system. The role will work with operational and technical colleagues to understand requirements, configure within Microsoft Power Platform, and help users feel confident as CRM develops.
Based in the Customer Contact Technologies team, the CRM Configurator will perform hands-on configuration, customization and extensions of Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
