Regional Care Home Support Lead (Travel)

Welford Healthcare is seeking a Regional Support Manager to provide hands-on operational and clinical support across multiple homes. You will partner with Home Managers to sustain Good CQC ratings, ensure compliant and efficient operation, and drive resident and staff satisfaction.

The role is highly autonomous with significant travel across the South of England, carrying real influence over how our homes run while offering career progression opportunities and a supportive leadership team.
