Responsibilities

  • Manage infrastructure project/programme delivery across the lifecycle
  • Deliver client objectives and manage contracts and budgets
  • Provide leadership and teamwork across commissions
  • Oversee financial management and project controls
  • Plan and control schedules; align benefits
  • Uphold health, safety, quality, and environmental standards including CDM
  • Prepare and present status reports
  • Identify and address capability gaps within teams

Key requirements

  • Substantial infrastructure project/programme management experience
  • Experience with procurement and NEC contracts
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on infrastructure projects
  • Consultancy or client-side project management background
  • Familiarity with public sector organisations and regulatory environments
  • Delivery across full project lifecycle
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team-building
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management
