Process Optimisation Intern – Data & Workflow Improvement

Lush seeks a Process Optimisation Support trainee for an internal three-month placement in Poole. Working Mon-Fri 7am-3pm, you will help document current methods, extract data and support the team in mapping end-to-end processes to boost efficiency.

You will join the Process Optimisation department to record practices, populate spreadsheets and liaise with production. Training and support will be provided as you contribute to productivity gains.
