• Awillingness to undertake paid training in normal contractual hours to developjob-related skills and to work towards an NVQ level 3 qualification (or itsequivalent).

• Beprepared to work throughout the school with any age group.
• Theability to adapt to differing environments within the school and to the needsof different children.
