RBH Hospitality Management operates the Aspen Restaurant & Bar at the Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield, a fresh, five-floor hotel between Sheffield and Rotherham. The Chef de Partie will lead their section, ensure bold flavours and precise presentation, and collaborate on evolving menus in a busy all-day dining environment.

You’ll work with a brigade to maintain cleanliness, uphold health and safety standards, and deliver excellent guest experiences in a supportive team setting.
