Overview
In this IT Procurement Manager role, you own the Technology and IT Services spend within a global bank undergoing a major acquisition and tech transformation. You will shape category strategies, run complex sourcing, and negotiate robust contracts to unlock value. You’ll consolidate suppliers, improve cost and performance, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Own Technology and IT Services spend portfolio and develop aligned category strategies
- Lead complex sourcing projects and negotiate contracts with commercial rigor
- Identify savings and broader value across the contract lifecycle
- Build and influence stakeholder relationships to shape sourcing decisions
- Strengthen supplier performance on cost, quality, and compliance
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and budget management
Key requirements
- Proven Technology or IT Services procurement experience in a global organisation
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts
- Commercial judgement combined with financial insight and stakeholder influence
- Financial services or regulated-sector experience is advantageous
- CIPS qualification is advantageous
