Hybrid Regional Ops Manager – Service Delivery

Select is seeking an Operations Manager for a regional external site services business. This hybrid role covers managing subcontractors and remote delivery across Suffolk area, ensuring sites are covered, safe and serviced on time.

You’ll scope, quote and organise reactive works, check contractor compliance, and maintain client relationships. The role offers £30k–£40k DOE plus £350/month car allowance, with 2 days in the office and a Nest pension plan.
