Grundon is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join the People Team at Benson on a part-time basis. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, liaise with hiring managers, and ensure compliant, smooth starts for new employees.
You will coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding documentation, IT and facilities, and maintain accurate records in Dayforce, driving continuous improvement and strong candidate experience.
