Responsibilities

  • Lead finance for store renewals and asset development programmes with strong controls and commercial focus
  • Partner senior leaders to influence strategic investments and optimise returns while managing cost and risk
  • Own budgeting and 3-year planning for a large investment portfolio in store renewal and asset development
  • Deliver investment appraisal and financial analysis, present investment cases and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Support innovation in renewal store formats and align performance with business objectives
  • Develop and mentor a Senior Finance Analyst to build team capability
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team and business to ensure data-led decision making
  • Maintain strong financial storytelling to translate complex analysis into clear insights
