Head of Photonic Manufacturing Operations

Salience Labs Ltd. is seeking a Head of Manufacturing Operations to own the build, test and qualification of our photonic hardware.

You will lead manufacturing engineering, coordinating with engineering, product, commercial and external partners to ensure readiness for AI datacentre deployment. This senior role requires deep experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to balance technical rigor with program timelines.
