Assistant Manager

As the Manager, you will take the lead on all operations for our Leon unit, serving as the essential leader for the entire restaurant team. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of baristas.
• Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
• Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
• Proven experience as an experienced Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a high-volume catering environment.
• A passion for great high quality food, drinks and outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
