Maintenance Manager: 4-on/4-off, 6am–6pm (London)

Yo!Sushi London is recruiting a Maintenance Manager to cover a 6am–6pm shift, four days on and four days off, at the Taiko Acton site. This full-time role reports to the site engineering team and focuses on reliable plant maintenance and safety compliance.

Salary is 80,000 per year with 45 contracted hours. Taiko has operated since 1997 as a leading sushi and ready meals manufacturer supplying Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury’s, and continues to innovate in the UK food-on-the-go sector.
