Community Health Quality & Governance Lead

Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Quality & Governance Lead for Community Services. This permanent role (26.25 hours) supports quality governance, patient safety, risk management and continuous improvement across community and home-based care.

The post focuses on facilitating QI programmes, building capability, and using data to drive improvements in outcomes and experience of care.
