Job Description:
Reed in Partnership is seeking a proactive Careers Coach to support young people on the Youth Jobs Guarantee programme across Norfolk. You will deliver one-to-one guidance, help with CVs, interview skills and connect participants with local training and employment opportunities.
Based in our office with travel across Norfolk, you will collaborate with DWP/JCP partners and local employers to create pathways to sustainable work for 18-21 year olds on Universal Credit.
