We’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a HR shared services administrator to join our team based in Nottingham!
This is a central HR administration role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, supporting colleagues across the business and helping to enhance the employee experience. You’ll deliver efficient, accurate and customer-focused HR support, ensuring a high-quality service throughout the employee lifecycle.

Working Hours
This is a Hybrid role, and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 4pm.
Your Duties Will Include
- Creation and distribution of all paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle for all employees below Work Level 3.
- Maintaining and updating all HRIS and employee e-files.
- Requesting all required equipment for new starters.
- Liaising with key members of all departments to arrange and coordinate inductions.
- Coordinating probation review reminders and where necessary escalating.
- Tracking employee processes and passing to payroll for processing (i.e. refer a friend, maternity, etc).
- Supporting and where necessary carrying out exit interviews and providing related analytics.
- Creating and gathering data report completion for weekly, monthly and annual reports.
- Where necessary supporting with systems integrations, new releases, HR systems training.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, commercial and challenging environment preferably within an FMCG.
- Previous HR experience (Shared Service environment advantageous)
- Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements (desirable)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to manage, organise and co-ordinate a high volume of work, prioritise critical activities within tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail and accuracy of working.
- A commitment to upholding data privacy and HR compliance standards.
