Aviva’s DLG Legal Services in Leeds and Bristol is seeking a Personal Injury Multi-Track Litigator to manage complex and high-value claims. You will work with our Personal Injury team, provide clear advice, negotiate outcomes, and represent clients throughout the litigation process.
The role requires solid knowledge of personal injury law, Pre-Action Protocol, Civil Procedure Rules, and experience handling over £100,000. Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive qualification preferred.
