We’re looking for a Workplace Facilities Coordinator who will act as the customer-facing representative for our MOD FDIS Contract, ensuring seamless facilities management support and delivering an exceptional workplace experience for building occupants.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities management-related queries, requests and issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with building occupants, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Log, monitor and chase work orders on behalf of clients, ensuring issues are directed to the correct teams and resolved promptly.
  • Conduct regular floor walks to maintain a clean, tidy and professional working environment, reporting any concerns as required.
  • Support workplace health and safety procedures, including playing an active role during fire emergencies in line with building procedures.

Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

  • Proven experience within a customer service, facilities management or workplace support environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and groups.
  • Experience using CAFM and Maximo systems, including logging jobs, raising purchase orders and running reports.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with the ability to support printing and audio-visual solutions.
