Your Role as a Support WorkerYour responsibilities will include:
Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routinesEncouraging participation in hobbies, social activities, and community engagementPromoting independence, dignity, and choice in every interactionMonitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needsMaintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team
