Bristol City Council is seeking two Customer Liaison Officers to join the new Access Management Team, working across Bristol to remove barriers to essential inspections and safety checks.
You will visit residents, build trusted relationships, coordinate with partner agencies and develop practical solutions with empathy. A full UK driving licence is required for fieldwork and travel across the city.
