Kane Group is seeking an Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Coordinator based in Banbridge to own the O&M process from project start to handover. You will coordinate documentation from multiple stakeholders, manage manuals, and ensure timely handover in line with client and contractual requirements.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience producing O&M manuals in construction, and a solid understanding of M&E systems, codes, and safety regulations.
