Compliance Support Specialist (Hybrid, Flexible)

Zurich is seeking a Compliance Consultant to provide flexible support across the Consulting team. The role is hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in Swindon and can be taken part-time, by job-share, or full-time arrangements.

You will assist Senior Compliance Business Partners with research, information gathering, drafting, action tracking and follow-up, helping ensure timely, well‑evidenced compliance work while developing foundations for future advisory or business partnering roles.
