Overview
In this role you will provide expert hydrogeological guidance across UK and international projects, shaping groundwater strategies for water resources and engineering schemes. You’ll work within the Water Environment team to deliver sustainable solutions and support a diverse client base. Expect to tackle data-rich conceptualisation, de-risk projects, and contribute to bidding and mentorship. Responsibilities
- Advise on hydrogeology across UK, Ireland, and international projects
- Provide expert hydrogeological conceptualisation guidance
- Assist with delivery of water resources and engineering hydrogeology projects
- Prepare bids to support growth
- Mentor junior staff on career development
- Develop innovations around data and interactions with groundwater modellers
Key requirements
- BSc Hons in Geology or Geography
- Experience in groundwater and the water environment industry
- MSc in a practical environment-related subject
- Membership of a relevant professional body with aim to becoming chartered
