Branch Operations Leader

LKQ is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet, reporting to the Branch Manager. You will drive day-to-day operations, champion a customer‑focused service culture, and develop a high-performing team to achieve safety, quality and financial targets.

You will manage stock, KPIs, and process improvements while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining strong branch presentation and compliance with health and safety standards.
