Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking an experienced People & Performance HR Business Partner to join our team based at the town centre campus. You will partner with managers to shape people solutions and workforce planning.

You will provide trusted advice on employee relations, lead on change, and use data to inform decisions, while developing colleagues and supporting inclusion.

This role offers a fixed salary of £42,415 per annum and full-time hours.
