HomeServe Membership Ltd is seeking a Service Excellence Manager to lead our field-based Plumbing Engineers across Wales and the South West. You will coach, develop and performance-manage a small to mid-size team, ensuring service excellence and strong customer outcomes.
You will drive operational performance, monitor budgets and KPIs, and deliver consistent high-quality service through effective leadership and engagement. A full UK driving licence and field-based travel are required.
