Production Line Lead

Mon-Thu: 14:30-23:00 | Fri: 14:10-22:40

Full-time | Late Shift

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Production Line Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of an automated packing line
• Manage product and line changeovers
• Respond to line stoppages, jams and operational issues
• Complete production records and PC-based data
• Verify products, packaging, labels and batch information
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, hygiene and food safety
• Support planned maintenance and equipment checks
• Guide and support operatives during production
• Use PPT and Pallet Stacker in line with site procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Production, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics experience
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, manual handling environment
• Confident working around automated machinery
• Willing and able to operate PPT and Pallet Stacker

This is a hands‑on role for someone who is confident working around automated machinery, can lead by example, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
