Global AI Voice Designer: Craft Production Voices

Sierra is seeking a technical Voice Designer to own the craft of voice for AI agents across European locales. You will collaborate with customers to develop, build, launch, and continuously improve production-grade voices, working with the voice platform team to implement scalable tooling.

This hands-on role blends product sense, design taste, and technical comfort with CLI tooling, staying at the intersection of speech, brand, and engineering.
