Head of Client Operations – Venture Capital

Venture Search is partnered with a leading EIS-focused investment firm seeking a Head of Operations to oversee operational excellence, client service delivery, and internal systems across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the investment and client services functions.
• Own workflow optimisation and operational processes, ensuring efficiency and high-quality client experience.
• Manage and enhance internal systems including Salesforce, Motion, and other operational tools.
• Oversee onboarding, reporting, and ongoing service delivery to investors and advisers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support business strategy, compliance, and growth initiatives.
• Identify operational improvements and drive implementation across teams.

Requirements

• Strong background in operations or client services within EIS, venture capital, private equity, or asset/wealth management.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational processes and improving systems.
• Proficiency with Salesforce; experience with workflow automation tools is highly valuable.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Process-driven mindset with ability to work across multiple teams.
