Astrea Academy Trust is seeking a KS2 Literacy Specialist to support schools in strengthening reading provision and improving literacy outcomes across Key Stage 2. You will work within our English Hub team, coaching leaders and teachers and delivering professional development on evidence-informed reading practices.
The role requires significant KS2 teaching experience, a deep knowledge of reading and literacy strategies, and the ability to build relationships across diverse schools.
