Customer Experience Supervisor – Venues (Day/Night)

MERKUR Casino UK in Retford is seeking a friendly and proactive Supervisor to lead our venue team. You will be responsible for opening, trading and closing the venue, mentoring staff and delivering outstanding customer service.

This role is 30 hours per week with pay rates £13.53–£14.53 per hour, and a night rate of £14.53 between 23:00 and 06:00. We offer training, career progression, and a supportive team environment.
