A fantastic SEN School in Slough is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Psychology Graduate to join their team.

Job Responsibilities as a Psychology Graduate

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, social communication difficulties, emotional needs, and behavioural challenges.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students, helping them feel safe, supported, and confidence within the school environment.
• Support students with their emotional regulation, social skills, communication, confidence, and engagement with learning.
• Use your understanding of psychology and child development to help implement individualised support strategies.

What We’re Looking for in a Psychology Graduate

• Psychology degree or a related degree.
• A genuine interest in child development, mental health, behaviour, and SEN.
• Compassionate and empathetic – able to understand and respond sensitively to the individual needs of young people.
• Patient and resilient – able to remain calm and supportive when students are experiencing challenging emotions or behaviours.

• Pay: £93-£110 per day
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time
