Задачи

• Create high-quality UI and interaction designs for a consumer-facing mobile application
• Design intuitive experiences across complex journeys, flows and interactions
• Apply visual design principles across layout, typography, hierarchy, composition and interaction
• Develop detailed, production-ready designs that account for different states, behaviours and edge cases
• Create prototypes to demonstrate how experiences should look, feel and behave
• Contribute to design systems, components and established design patterns
• Translate customer and product requirements into clear, engaging and usable digital experiences
• Work closely with Engineers to maintain design quality and intent through delivery
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers and Designers in a cross-functional product team
• Use customer insight and research to inform and validate design decisions while maintaining the quality of the final experience

Требования

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital product work
• Strong UI, visual and interaction design skills
• Experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications
• A strong eye for detail, visual hierarchy, typography, layout and interaction
• Experience designing complex flows and interactions, including edge cases and different states
• Experience taking designs from initial concept through detailed, production-ready UI
• A strong understanding of interaction patterns and digital product behaviour
• Experience working with design systems and component-based design
• A collaborative approach and experience working with Product, Engineering, Research and other Design disciplines
• Less suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily in UX research, user journeys, wireframing and discovery; the role focuses on hands-on design craft and polished digital experiences
