Area Operations Lead – Food Manufacturing (4-on 4-off)

The Compleat Food Group is seeking an Area Manager for our Middlesbrough site on a 4-on-4-off day shift (6am–6pm). You will lead the Goods In team, driving safety, quality, and production targets while coaching Line Leaders to achieve OTIF plans and maintain strict food safety and traceability standards.
