Head of Site Operations – Multi-Site Manufacturing Leader (Hybrid)

Cubis Systems in the United Kingdom/ROI is seeking a Head of Site Operations to lead all Network Access Products manufacturing sites, driving safety, quality and peak manufacturing performance across locations.

You will report to the Operations Director, implement Lean strategies, oversee budgets and KPI metrics, and work with SHEQ, HR, IT and Finance to sustain continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
