Overview
In this Private Client Solicitor role, you will manage a varied caseload in wills, trusts, estates, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters. You will handle grants of probate and letters of administration, tax returns, and estate accounts, contributing to a growing Lexcel-accredited practice. You’ll build and nurture client relationships and cross-refer work to other departments to support firm growth. This position offers a clear path to progression within a collaborative, client-focused environment. You will work on meaningful private client matters that impact families and individuals at scale.

Responsibilities
- Manage private client caseload (wills, trusts, estates)
- Prepare grants of probate and letters of administration
- Advise on and complete tax returns (inheritance, income, capital gains)
- Arrange property clearances, settle liabilities, distribute estates, and prepare accounts
- Develop the practice by building client relationships and cross-referring work to other departments
Key requirements
- minimum 3 years PQE
- strong technical experience in private client matters
