Head of Client Support & Service Excellence (Hybrid)

Monenti Partners in central London seeks a Head of Client Support. You will shape the strategy, set service standards and drive continuous improvement within the client support function.

Lead and mentor the team, oversee the work queue and apply risk-based controls to deliver exceptional service for clients. You will start with hands-on involvement in complex financial-planning work and progressively scale the function through clear standards, delegation and a capable team.
